Sound quality is not bad for inexpensive earbuds. Can easily have 1 earbud connected in ear and the other in the case. Once you place earbuds in case they disconnect from bluetooth, which is good.

This is marvellous customer support, A++++++++ love you guys, i've been using JBL products since 2015, you are the best.
