This one? It's OK. But there are a lot better ones out there, and for less money. This is one of those typical wraps that moves around on your arms, has to be constantly re-adjusted... a hassle to put on in the first place. There was one made by Bell-Horn that was way the best, but no longer made. Glad I bought several extras while available.
