Each bud randomly disconnects or turns off, and the right side make a loud popping noise sometimes. Contacted seller and was told you were sent a new sealed pair shouldn't be any issues...(shouldn't be lots of things that happen), snd no reply grom there; badically F U deal with it. customer service is pathetic. My loss, but hopefully others avoid getting ripped off.
