The parts are as described and they posted them quickly, but amazon delivery let them down. When delivered the bag was split open and the parts were missing, the driver took it back. The next day they re-delivered them. The item was nicely packed but when opened one of the parts was missing. I did not contact the supplier as I only needed one of them, other was going to be a spareTap Valve Compression Gland Insert 1/2" BSP 20 Teeth (Nr. 154998124914)

I'd advise everyone to AVOID NES LIKE THE PLAGUE though. Faulty shower valve meant I had to order this from eBay. No phone number for Nes, an email that they take 24hrs to reply to. Extra day labour for the builder as well as another pack of tiles as it's concealed. Nes customer service as helpful as a blind guide dog. Asking for video proof of the fault, provided twice and refusing refund.
