The appearance was unmarked and new looking. The only thing I will say for someone attempting to connect their mouse and keyboard this dongle didn’t for me. It connected my keyboard to my laptop. When mouse didn’t connect it wasn’t a worry due to the fact of me having a better mouse with its own seperate dongle. The only info I found said to buy this one and it was wrong. But that’s my fault not sellers.

It worked right out of the box and is of great quality! Huge value for the money because it helps me reduce e waste. It looks great too!

The original dongle that came with the set began to malfunction and then finally quit. This item and the Logitech connection utility to pair them was all it took and in a matter of minutes I was able use the keyboard and mouse again (using it now for this feedback).

Not only did i get a full refund,but the seller sent me another dongle without first requiring that i send the wrong one back. Turned out that even the second dongle was not the right one and i just returned both dongles for a full refund. Really pro customer seller now in my saved sellers list!
