Mostly plastic with poor fitment (bulbs, wires, etc.). Don't be fooled by photos. Honestly, very poor quality and hardware will rust if it gets wet often. Looks good on bike - from a distance. It's when you get close-up you see where the quality dimenshes greatly. Again, not fault on the Seller. He's just trying to see a product. But I did not get a refund. He only offered me $10.00 back.
