The seller was slow at shipping my item as it showed label created for three days before shipped at Post Office. And the seller filed a missing item and claim to receive their money back before Ebay even ended their investigation when I filed item not received. My Post Office said the seller filed the missing claim and the item was sent back to them. I HAVE NOT received the item back contrary to you statement, and I have to wait until September 15th to file a claim with the USPS. You are and have been very unreasonable, and now being dishonest!
