I never received shipping instructions until after I contacted the seller. Finally today after 17 days I received a shipment, but it was not UFO Crash at Roswell in Very Good condition. Instead it was “Again the Magic” by Lisa Kleypas in poor condition. I am a frequent eBay customer. This is the by far worst experience I have ever had at eBay. I want a full refund an never experience this seller

It was a heavier hard cover and the plastic wrap probably wasn't enough to protect it from travel damage. However, it was a very good deal and I'm happy with this purchase!! Thanks again!
