I do have issue in your choice of shipping partner and these guys NEVER take care of our parcels. Ths is not the first time I have ordered from the Nile and each time I see who is delivering the parcels, I cringe because ARAMEX do not give a care about your items. Mine arrived battered up and the book slightly damaged which is absolutely ridiculous. Please strat using Australia post or someone else.
