It is very similar to a hologram. The image is not fuzzy due to any manufacturing flaw or other damage. It is made that way. the photos in the listing show how the image looks clearly. Those who are familiar with laser etched glass will understand what I'm saying. The glass cubes look fantastic on a light box, and the image inside the glass will glow more pronounced but it will still be "fuzzy" as it is intended.
