Sent 2 of what I ordered and 2 of what I didn't ordered. 1 of the items that I did order was damaged from them stuffing them into a to small of a box And instead of just sending the 2 items that was owed, they refund my money as if that makes up for the incompetence when all I wanted was what I ordered. Now I can't finish a job, I have to wait more time n I'm the one that looks bad. Not them. We are humans and we do make mistakes so we choose to let this customer keep all parts and refund the customer their money. We are very professional and customer service is our number one and we do double check everything we ship.
