Provided false information about the cartridge when he told me that "the box is open but the package is sealed." Instead, the package was cut and opened when I received it and the toner is no longer good because unsealed cartridges are only good for 6 months after the manufacturer date which is 1/24/24. Only provided a refund after I filed a return case. Also, shipped the package 3 days later than promised. NOT RECOMMENDED.
