It was a extensive process. Seller just kept offering to refund part of the purchase price, over and over. I finally caved and excepted a partial refund, without having to send them back. All in all, I would order from them again.

I just bought a mini cooper and didn't know it was a F56. The part I ordered was for a R56. Needless to say they were very helpful in assisting me with solutions to my error. Awesome customer service and I highly recommend you go to them for your automotive needs.
