The packaging was great, lots of bubble wrap and they even included a gig bag with it which was a nice touch. A few minor cosmetic damages to the guitar, but it was listed as a used guitar and matches the photos shown in the listing.

For the first four delivery attempts no driver reached our house nor a notification was left in our postbox ! After I contacted the shop and fedex the fifth attempt worked. That means zero ⭐️ for Fedex !
