Controls work perfectly, however I discovered there was an issue with the firmware. It took two days to fix that and a lot of stress, the seller never responded to me asking about it so I was on my own. I had to download itunes and restore it due to the files being missing. Once restored, it works perfectly and I love it. The only real disappointment is that its meant to be 32g but its 29g, but I can live with that...

It is understood that since this is a used item it may not look perfect. My only complaints: The click wheel has a lot of play, doesn’t feel great. The battery drained significantly within a week (no use).
