If you have a through-hole in your door already (as most pre-drilled exterior doors do) you will need the QuikSet security cover plate for outside, which unfortunately now appear to be discontinued and sell for about $16.00 each plus shipping from clearance sellers who are taking advantage of sellers due to their scarcity.

  Had a problem with the initial shipment, not receiving staples as in what was listed, received nails in a staple box. Contacted the seller, they stated they would send out replacement. I received the replacement almost a month from the original purchase only to find I was shorted , not a full box as pictured. The company could do a much better job being honest about what they are selling and listing accordingly. Left positive feedback only for the effort to correct the problem.

  Ended up receiving the wrong item however, when I contacted the seller regarding the matter, they quickly responded, apologized and instructed that I request a refund. After doing so I quickly received a full refund. Although wrong item was sent, the seller did handle the situation quickly. I can’t speak about the product that I ordered however, the one I ended up getting was in great condition and packaged well.
