  The paint was an excellent value. Delivery took a while, but that’s not abnormal these days! Item was described as new. Upon receipt, the box was not in the original packing sleeve, it was taped shut with some scotch tape (applied by a consumer), some of which was torn, and the box was a bit damaged. I didn’t contact the seller, so they may have addressed the problem if I did, but, it’s the only time I’ve ever bought a new item that was not new upon receipt (and I’ve made many eBay purchases).

  I can't really rate this item until I use it which may be awhile before I run out of ink and install it. The item arrived quickly in a sealed HP box so the item was as described with an expiration date of Sept 2026. Very good seller.

  My paint came in excellent condition as described. They were packaged in a way that kept everything protected. The quality is superb as all Holbein professional paints are. The cost was well below the best sale I have seen. I fully expected to find some problem with the order based on the price. To my surprise, everything is exactly as it would have been at an art shop. The shipping time was excellent as it came via UPS. I’m thrilled.
