I ordered multiple items in one order and in checking all of the items I noticed that the seller accidentally sent an incorrect item and not this one. I contacted the seller immediately and sent pics and I received a quick response and pic that they were reshipping the item with a return label to send back the incorrect item. And in no time I received my item! Loved working with this seller and would definitely do business again!!!

It arrived quickly, packaged so well, and is in pristine condition! Seller communication was great! Quality was as expected, and its appearance is as expected. Value? Well, it was an outlandish price to pay for a Christmas ornament, but it was just what I wanted so I paid it. But no, I can’t say it was a bargain. I’m so happy with it and can’t wait until it’s opened by the recipient!
