They are super responsive and shipped the order so fast. Not only that but the pony is exactly as described AND they even sent it with some bonus accessories. It was such a great surprise. This seller is extremely thoughtful. I will not hesitate to work with them again. This was a great experience! Contacted seller with pictures and within 30 min, they responded and offered to refund full amount! Seller did not have another of the same. I even got to keep the item ( I think I’ll use it in an art project) Anyhow, fantastic seller! Great communication and I didn’t even have to wait for seller to file a complaint with USPS! So, If you’re on the fence about buying anything from this seller, rest assured they’ve got your back!
