I understand the towel quality, but you could, at the very least, look over the work before shipping it out. Five minutes with a good black marker would've done wonders. That's what I'll be doing, but it wasn't on my list of things to do. Ever consider shaving the area before embroidering? As I mentioned before, so much experience and there are still errors.
