I initiated a refund process in which they waited till the last possible minute to provide it so I could finally order the item again--the option of just replacing the item upon return shipping wasn't offered. Got the item; happy. But it could have been far less painful.

Drives me crazy those USPS folks. Seller was kind enough to issue a refund even though I did not request one or report not received via Ebay. Outstanding communication with this seller. USPS will not deter my resolve!

The seller communicated with me on when the blank CD'S will be mailed and when the CD'S will be arriving - much appreciated. The value, appearance, and quality were well worth the purchase.
