Item was refurbished and tested.

This clearly was not the case contacted the seller I sent them pictures. They need it right away. It was not their box They was very apologetic and quickly sent me a replacement submitted their own claim with FedEx new one came in just a couple days later worked flawlessly Definitely recommend and will use this seller again .

As for the value which is seemed really good to pay for though. Came as perfectly described what not in the picture though.
