I had to remove the cover and file off the rough edges of the offending cord buttons to prevent them from sticking. Aside that quality defect, the instrument plays well and I'm happy with my purchase.

Also tried to contact the seller and it’s been three days and no response. I was wrong almost $100 for just a box that was not open. Don’t recommend this seller at all also this bajosexto looks very cheap look somewhere!!
