However it broke whilst it was in the possession of Royal Mail. I know this bc they had put it into an open bag which was not part of the original packaging. The seller’s response was fantastic-he refunded me immediately with no discussion on the matter. When checking tracking I discover FEDEX had "attempted delivery" at 5.03pm - I was home at this time. The tracking suggests the item had not left the depot at Bellshill. Now I have no update from FEDEX for a delivery date/time. Poor delivery service.
