They keep the meat soooo moist it's unbelievable. So easy to use any amature cook (like myself) can use. Add 2-3 tablespoons of flour to the bag, secure with tie provided and coat the meat. Make a few small holes in top of bag for ventilation and Bobs your uncle, a perfect and succulent joint of meat. Would highly recommend to others 😊.
