After showing all the multiple misleading info in the listing, it states "Seller manufactured part". It DOES show four photos of a genuine FORD part. It DOES include three FORD PART NUMBERS. The "Item Specifics" that you filled out, indicate the BRAND as being "FORD". And the CATEGORY you selected to post in was "OEM FORD" OEM=Original equipment Manufacturer. I requested a partial refund because the value of the part was mis-represented

The lady I spoke with was polite and professional and explained what happened. I received the item packaged good and just as described. Now I have to get them put on and I will be 100% happy. Thanks for being a company of your word in a not so honest world.
