Not the seller's fault: very fast in answering to my questions and helping (or trying to) me. It is Brexit and Italian customs' fault: the cap arrived in Italy very fast (14 sept) but italian customs have not controlled it, and it has passed more than one month. Thanks to the seller and to ebay I have been refunded.
