The only time this ever happens is the install was done by someone whos never installed before and Didnt read the instructions. The only way a decal lifts is 2 reasons. You cleaned the area with chemicals like alcohol or windex, a no no, or, you never let it dry and tried to pull the transfer back off while its still wet which happens a lot from 1st time installers in a rush.
