If you have a multi meter, you may read the battery voltage and the output voltage from the charger. If the output voltage of the charger is lower than 7.5V, that should be the issue. A fully charged battery should be around 9V，A suitable charger will solve this problem. We hope to have more opportunities to serve you in the future, thank you.
