I've been back and forth with the vendor trying to get my money back for abut 2 weeks now with no success. They were supposed to send me a pre-paid shipping label so I can send it back, but I haven't seen it so far. You guys aren't reading my messages either, or you already know all of this. The CD rom disc didn't get here either. They-mailed me a shipping label that I had no way to print.

Will save and purchase again. I was very happy with the communication and quality and the value of the ink certified cartridges. They appeared brand new never used and were just like the last set I bought from target.
