The only problem that I think should be mentioned is the condition of boxes when they arrived. The outer box had some holes on both sides as though something had punched into them. One box containing the bearing was split all the way down the middle of one side and the other had a split and holes in one side. This is a common occurance when we receive heavy items by Fedex.

I have purchased from Detroit Axle multiple times in the past because they have quality parts at great prices and now I know from experience that they have superior customer service as well.
