Probably should have lowered the price since that didn't work. The value was not worth what the selling price was. Even purchased additional cables from the manufacturer to double check and same error blinks.

One thing I can say is that from my experience they pack their items for shipping very well. The device I ordered was VERY fragile and arrived with no damage as they shipped it double boxed with lots of padding. I cant say enough good things about their packing. There was a substantial shipping fee, but I think that the seller, being conscientious, was motivated to get it out fast. Certainly giving value to the shipping fee, unlike other sellers. The monitor was advertised as used with some scratches and signs of wear, but it looks & works great! There are only a few scratches on the stand behind the monitor, but can't be seen.
