On a couple off occasions they have sourced books for me that they didn't already have. I've always had the a5 size which I find more convenient and while these are obviously not proper bound books the ring type bindings work well,they look good and are easy to handle.Highly recommended.

I contacted the seller who quickly responded, saying that they would send the correct manual asap, and a free return label for the incorrect manual. I have now received the correct manual and return label as promised. Excellent customer support and service.

Ours arrived promptly, excellently packaged, well printed on good paper, exactly as described. We also received a wallet in which to keep it.
