  Seller offered a rare, OOP item in brand-new condition--for $99.00--a price certainly not cheap, but a bargain nevertheless, considering that others offer it for $115.00, $119.91, and, as I recall from a few years ago, another seller asked $240.00 for it--and all of these copies in the same pristine condition as the edition I bought! Seller was also entirely courteous throughout our dealing, answering all of my questions, and even predicting to me--entirely correctly--when it would arrive!
