Some tiny superficial scratches on the charging brick, which doesn't bother me, and all the cords are in great condition. Most importantly, it charged up my dell xps 15 laptop and revived it from stasis. Shipping and packaging were good and overall I'd recommend if you're looking to replace your dell charger.

I was greatly satisfied with their resolution when a vital part was missing from my order. Communication was very smooth, they quickly acknowledged the error and made it right by shipping the part that same day. Does it suck that it happened? Yeah, but a lesser seller would've lazily given me a paltry discount and had me hunt ebay for the part myself. I would absolutely buy from them again. It wont let me type more so A+++
