I have been running a web app 24/7, and I have transferred over 4TB of media in RAID-0 through the network onto HDDs in this server. I have yet to run into any issues. All specs were correct, and it came with both power chords and the front cage cover. Control over iDRAC is also flawless. When I need to scale up, I will be buying from Lynx Tek again.

Yeah, but a lesser seller would've lazily given me a paltry discount and had me hunt ebay for the part myself. I would absolutely buy from them again. It wont let me type more so A+++
