When I realized I never received it I reached out to the seller and they apologized and promptly shipped it right over. With the holiday season upon us and all of life's other circumstances I definitely understand how things happen. If I had needed it asap it would have been more irritating but at the end of the day they made it right and it was quick and painless. I will buy from them again 1000%
