Item was re-ordered from the same seller for the same price as the 1st, delivered quickly, received in good condition, and so far works as expected. I recommend and would purchase from this seller again when my next Nest Protect expires next year (if available).

Although I was able to get my coat for an amazing price and in BNWT condition, they used photos of a different coat & sent me one that had much lower quality of fur and the appearance of it was nothing like the picture. Their description said that the coat would come with all manufacturer packaging and branding and that was a straight up lie. It was a massive headache trying to work out a resolution, be wary of this seller
