When Ebay provided the tracking for the item according USPS they gave an estimated date of delivery in which I have np control over what they estimated as a delivery date. Regarding the shipping charge as I listed the item and caculated the shipping charge based the package weight, box size and the delivery location the $29 delivery was caculate by Ebay's check out. The buyer never respond after I expained why shipping $29.

There was no marking insde with an actual hat size on it. I even measured my head and included my head size as an adult in the description. There was nothing else I could do.
