This particular one was packaged carelessly and shipped in its own package which was busting open from rough transit. Holes were in the carton when it arrived. One of the rubber washers in the handheld shower was missing and I had to improvise. The product should've been placed in a slightly larger box before shipping. I give the product a 5 (five). I give the seller a 3 (three)) because of the lack of better shipping preparation.

The seller was quick to find the end piece and overnighted it to me. I appreciate how he addressed the situation and would buy from them again with that kind of customer service. Love the towel bar.
