Shipping was fast. The condition was perfect. Very fair pricing for a custom piece and again the embroidery looks amazing. There was a slight issue with the order, the seller was able to catch it and fix it online. The seller then went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer and took care of me in a very honorable way. They went above and beyond. Thanks
