A confirmation email was sent as soon as it was shipped. Everything in the description was included as well. I didn’t mind paying a bit more for the CD upfront due to the tariffs.

Mon colis est encore arrivé plusieurs semaines avant la date butoir. Envoi très soigné, le CD scellé dans son emballage était glissé dans une pochette transparente, puis une enveloppe à bulle de protection et enfin dans l'enveloppe d'envoi. Aucun dommage. Je n'ai pas eu affaire au service client, tout s'est bien passé. Je suis très contente de ma commande. Merci❤️

The prices were great; lower than I found with other sellers. My albums were wrapped really securely and arrived before the estimated date. The condition was perfect, no crunched corners or scratches on the covers. I would buy again!

Le CD scellé et la photocard correspondent bien à l'annonce. Le colis est arrivé sans dommage ni frais de douane puisque le vendeur inclus une facture aux documents d'envoi. Tout est bien protégé.
