I sent them the following images showing the horrible condition of the item and they offered me a $15 discount on the $90 price with no explanation. I had to thoroughly clean the keyboard, so I kept it. If you are ok with that, you can get it. They issued a partial refund. Great seller! Offered solutions without being asked and responded promptly to messages. Would definitely buy from again
