Arrived after I left town had to have a friend mailed to me (across the country) that shipment arrived quickly…. go figure. When Ebay provided the tracking for the item according USPS they gave an estimated date of delivery in which I have np control over what they estimated as a delivery date. Regarding the shipping charge as I listed the item and caculated the shipping charge based the package weight, box size and the delivery location the $29 delivery was caculate by Ebay's check out. The buyer never respond after I expained why shipping $29.

There was no marking insde with an actual hat size on it. I even measured my head and included my head size as an adult in the description. There was nothing else I could do.
