Replacement is new as listed and works as it should. Shipped out both units fast and arrived safely. Good price for this monitor. Thanks

However, they cancelled the purchase for me pretty quickly once I explained the whole situation to them. Not sure if I would buy from this seller again or not, its hard to say.
