The wheel and pedals were sealed in shrink wrap and well padded. Both wheel and pedals are in perfect condition (they appear factory new) and everything works perfectly. With solid construction in both the wheel and pedals, this is a great value for an entry level sim racing setup.

And the pedals were not adjusted properly. Great value but I had to spend some time fixing internal components.
