BEAUTIFUL guitar, and the seller kept me updated regarding shipping and tracking information. I was caught off guard by the added $378 (approx) cost for the Duty Tax, but the government has to get it's money somehow. ;-) Regardless of the cost, this instrument is well worth the money, and this is a great seller to do business with!

First, immediate communication and immediate shipping - it was shipped the next day. Got over here quickly (Germany to Canada), and although the carrier obviously left the box exposed to the rain, the superb packing job, (tied in a bag, with padding, in the shipping box, wrapped) meant that the case was dry as a bone.
