I had to purchase another one exactly the same which cost me 3 times as much as my neurodivergent child was panicking that he didn't have a cover for his phone. I messaged seller on 22/09 advising it hadn't arrived requesting refund! No reply from the seller but when I asked for a refund the item was received on 25/09 (same timescale as the original purchase to due date). Synical - that it was posted after refund requested?

They asked for me to return the wrong item & they would send the correct one. I asked for the name and address so I could, but no response. So I sent a second email asking for it again. I got a response finally, saying to buy the clock again and once they receive the incorrect clock, they would refund me.
