He listed one tree and thought he could send me a damaged one of a completely different brand (with the instruction booklet clearly stating the brand as being a much much cheaper tree, he forgot to remove that to hide his fraud, I guess). When I contacted the seller requesting the issue be remedied, he offered me only $20 back, i.e. still paying more than $100 more than a brand new version of the low quality cheap tree he sent me costs.
