When plugged into the mains it makes a loud electrical buzzing/sizzling noise and the fan never spins at all, even with no load connected. The buzzing continues for 10–20 seconds after unplugging, which is unsafe. Tested in a compatible HP ProDesk 400 G5 with another HP PSU for comparison. This unit is clearly defective and should not have been sold as “fully tested and working”.
